Unfortunately we are limited by licensing on how many guests we can have, so the invitiation is only for the addressed people
Yes, please be respectful of our timings, it has been carefully thought through, and delays will have an impact on the enjoyment of the day. as we aren’t using an established venue, extra time has already been allocated for things like parking.
RSVP ASAP please, but the deadline for us is the 30th of June
There is not, as we have lived together for quite a while, the traditional wedding gifts don’t fit so well. If you are feeling generous and would like to gift us anything for our married life together, we have a “wishing well pot” set up.

If you have hired a bell-tent, they will be well appointed and have plenty of space for getting ready. There will also be a pamper yurt with mirrors and seats etc. this will be available from 3:30pm for any touch-ups throughout the night.
Food will be provided for all the meals on site. Including a barbecue for the friday night, and breakfast on saturday and sunday morning.
If you’re staying in one of the bell tents, you don’t need to pack down, but either way, we do need to be off-site by midday on the Sunday.
You could do it when you arrive, but to save faff on the day, we welcome you to come and set up in advance on the Friday between 4 and 7pm. Then when you arrive on Saturday evening, you can get straight into the party. If you plan to do this, please let us know in advance
You can set it up on the saturday, you’re welcome to arrive from midday to do this, but we do ask that you’re completely ready by 2pm. Or you can still set up in advance on friday, but as with those tents, please let us know in advance

Colours! While this is definitely a wedding, so formal, we would like our wedding to be an explosion of colours. Remember that it is in a field however, so sensible footwear is recommended. Our Wedding party will be in black/white and neutral earth tones, so please avoid these if possible.
Cocktail attire aims to strike a balance between formal and casual, as well as elegant and comfortable. For an event with this dress code, people typically wear a suit and tie or cocktail dress. For the festival part, think Fun, Festive, Field.
Berwick (sussex) is the closest railway station, and is only a short walk, but is not ideal if you’re loaded up or in nice shoes. The venue is easily accessible by road, and there is plenty of parking on site.
If you aren’t camping with us, the last train to Eastbourne from Berwick is at 11:27pm, the last train back to Brighton is at 11:23pm, and we will have a taxi shuttle from the field to the station around this time. Alternatively, we’re happy to have you as late as you like if you can find your own way home.
